外卖订单/ Takeway order

1. 接收订单的新模式,首先你们会收到一封包含订单的电子邮件,5 分钟后还会收到邮件,说明订单是否已支付、取消或客户将向餐厅付款。

2.如果顾客选择支付给餐厅,最后没有出现,需要取消,可以去Shopify APP取消订单或者记录订单号码第二天发给办公室。

If a customer chooses to pay the restaurant and it doesn't turn up at the end and needs to be cancelled, go to the Shopify APP to cancel the order or record the order number to send to the office the next day

3.如果顾客下错了餐厅,你们必须立即给客户做,并告知顾客是他下错了餐厅,因为每次下单顾客都会收到一条短信和邮件,上面有餐馆地址和电话他们有足够的时间联系我们取消并下正确的订单, 你们必须进入shopify应用程序并搜索订单号根据他点的给客户做客户有可能说错的订单,第二天要跟办公室说明客户下错订单 (如果是到店付就不需要确认了可以叫客户重新点)。
